Served as a Director of a educational institution (KLES IMSR) in north Karnataka region with profound role in developing the institute and playing leading role in building conducive ecosystem for learning and education within and around the campus. Played crucial role in shaping the journey and evolution of IMSR as the leading management institution in north Karnataka region.

Assistant Professor Deepak K Nyamagoudar has established himself as a seasoned professional in the fields of corporate finance and management education. His career encompasses over 5 years in the finance industry and more than 13 years dedicated to finance specialization in academia. Professor Deepak is UGC NET qualified since June 2012 and is known for his excellent communication skills, strong work ethics.
At Bright Business School, where he currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Finance, he brings extensive knowledge and practical insights to his teaching. He has adeptly handled a wide range of subjects, including Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Derivatives, Security Analysis and Portfolio.

Prof. Nitinchandra is a dedicated academic professional with a combined industry and academic experience of more than 16 years. A BE (Mechanical) from KLS ‘Gogte Institute of Technology and an MBA from KLS’ Institute of Management Education and Research, he is a NET qualified faculty. He is also pursuing his PhD from the Department of Economics, Karnatak University Dharwad. He is a subject expert in the areas of Operations Research, Business Statistics, Production Management and SPSS. He has more than 8 research papers to his credit. He is known to be student-centric in his delivery style and student friendly in his approach.
Prof. Shrivatsa G. Joshi
Shrivatsa G. Joshi is an experienced and dedicated academic professional, currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Karnatak University Dharwad. With over a decade of teaching experience across various institutions, he has developed expertise in subjects such as Marketing Management, Retail Management, and Business Research. His teaching style emphasizes student engagement and intellectual development, incorporating modern methodologies and technologies.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and has participated in over 40 FDPs and workshops, enhancing his knowledge in areas like research methodology and data analytics. Shrivatsa has also organized and led various academic events, including workshops on SPSS and data analysis.
